Sprint 2 starts in 2 days: new rule alert!

What to expect:
For the last 3 and a bit weeks, we’ve been making strides towards our goals. We’ve heavily embodied motion vs action, and may be feeling the effects of a routine.
I can say that I’ve definitely felt the routine kicking in. I wake up and think about how I’m achieving the Sprint 1 daily ticks:
30 minutes for my body
Read 10 pages
Daily plan
And it feels automatic. Now it’s time to enter Sprint 2 by adding a new daily tick.
Sprint 2: the new rule
Commencing Friday 18th October we will be spending 15-30 minutes on a creative hobby.

Importantly: the same rules from Sprint 1 will be carried through.
To make sure you commit to a hobby or creative pursuit that you won’t give up on for the rest of this challenge, here is some guidance around clarity and commitment to help you succeed during Sprint 2.
How to clarify what you’ll do
1. What creative hobby or pursuit excites you the most right now?
2. Is there a hobby you’ve been wanting to explore but haven’t made time for?
3. What creative activities make you feel energised or relaxed?
4. What skill would you love to develop or improve through this hobby?
How to build a strong “why” to AVOID giving up
5. Why is dedicating time to this creative hobby important to you at this moment?
6. How will spending time on this creative pursuit improve other areas of your life (e.g., mindset, stress levels, creativity in work)?
7. What feeling or result are you hoping to achieve by the end of this challenge through your creative hobby?
8. What could stop you from spending 15-30 minutes daily on this, and how will you overcome those challenges?
How to stay accountable and motivated
9. How can you make this 15-30 minute habit enjoyable so it feels like a reward rather than a task?
10. What small progress will you track to ensure you stay consistent and motivated?

I’ll personally be sticking to a writing habit daily. For a minimum of 15 minutes, whether on my laptop or in my journal, I will be writing about whatever comes to my mind.
My writing goal is deeply connected to my desire to expand my creativity and feel confident as a content creator.
I started out writing on my blog over a decade ago, so while you may know me from YouTube or TikTok - writing has always been that thing I love.
