If you’re reading this, I bet you don’t have a ‘not enough knowledge’ problem.

You already know what you should be doing with your money, your time, your health, and your life. You have read the books, listened to the podcasts, saved the articles, and nodded along to ideas that make complete sense in theory. And yet, when it comes to actually doing the thing, you stall.

Over the years, I realised that consuming more content was never going to fix that gap. What helped was changing how I consumed it. I stopped treating books, podcasts, and essays as things to get through, and started treating them as tools to make decisions with.

This index is the result of that. It is not everything I have ever liked or found interesting. It is a short list of media I return to when I feel stuck, avoidant, overwhelmed, or behind. Each one earns its place because it has changed how I behave, and every time I re-consume it, I do things differently.

You do not need to consume all of these. You do not need to consume them in order. You do not need to finish any of them.

You only need one of them to create movement.

In this issue:

  • How to use this index

  • Books (top 5 FHG recommendations)

  • Podcasts

  • Long-form articles

  • 8 AI prompts to turn media consumption into behaviour change

How to use this index

This index is something to return to when you feel stuck, so don’t try to treat it like a list to work through. It has taken me years to find these books and articles, let them create lightbulb moments for me, and then change my behaviour. I’ll also keep updating this index when I find things worthy of being revisited.
